Cementowa Investment Site is the last area available for sale within Maszynowa Industrial Park, where such companies as International Paper, Jeronimo Martins, Kokoszki Prefabrykacja or Elbudrem run their business. The fully commercialized park is a flagship project of InvestGDA in Gdańsk Kokoszki with itsconvenient location – the vicinity of the Gdańsk Airport and access to a wide road network. The site is ca. 2 kilometers away from the Karczemki junction, which provides easy access express road S7, A1 highway and public road number 6.
