Pomeranian Logistic Center, which covers an area of 109 hectares, is one of the key projects completed by InvestGDA. GLP Poland Management (formerly Goodman Poland) runs its business here in stages, assuming the construction of warehouses with a total area of approx. 500,000 m². The company focuses on the dynamic expansion of its logistic hub.

PCL is located next to Pomeranian Investment Center (PCI). Both parks boast a perfect location with easy access to national and international roads, as well as sea, railway and air routes. The vicinity of the Port and the Deepwater Container Terminal is a strong advantage in regards to logistic operations, especially those that rely on sea freight.
