Sites adjustment within Pomeranian Investment Centre (PCI)

The project is implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for years 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2. Enterprises, Action 2.5. External investors, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The value of the Project is 23 375 135,11 PLN, including the amount of subsidy of 4 088 315,60 PLN.

The aim of the project is to prepare investment sites, with total area of 5,31 ha, located within Pomeranian Investment Centre (PCI), which represent logistic base of constantly growing Port of Gdańsk and Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT). As a result minimum 8 new investments will be located, representing the development of PCI area by small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs).

Implementation of the Project will contribute to good image of the city of Gdańsk as an investor-friendly location, with particular emphasis on the SME sector. The Project responds to the programme challenge, which is the improvement of the investment offer quality and the system of incentives dedicated to invest in the region.
