Investment sites within Ku Ujściu Street area dedicated to investors from the industrial sector. Due to their location in the vicinity of the Port of Gdańsk and DCT, mainly container depots were developed here, creating additional port area of approx. 16 ha. Balticon, a company dealing with container transport for forwarders and ship-owners, and Radunia–Containers, which sells, leases and stores containers, run their businesses here. Within Ku Ujściu you can also find Hydro Marp, a company that designs and implements sanitary installations and water connections, and EnH2O, which provides services for the energy sector.

This investment site has a considerable potential for growth. Having successfully managed Stage I, InvestGDA has proceeded to implement further development plans.
