announces a tender

for the sale of real estate owned by Gdańsk Economic Development Agency Sp. z o.o., comprising plot no. 313/25, cadastral unit 3, with an area of 0.3832 ha, located on Azymutalna Street in Gdańsk. The property is registered under land and mortgage register GD1G/00287522/3, maintained by the District Court Gdańsk-North, 3rd Land and Mortgage Register Division. It is covered by Local Spatial Development Plan No. 2723, designated as zone 001-P/U-41 — an area for production and service development.

1. The procedure is conducted as a tender in accordance with Articles 70¹–70⁵ of the Civil Code.
2. Offers must include all elements specified in the “Essential Terms of Tender Specification.”.
3. Participation in the tender requires acceptance of the “Essential Terms of Tender Specification” and payment of a bid bond in the amount specified therein, prior to the offer submission deadline. The Specification will be made available electronically upon request sent to: office@investgda.pl
4. Offers must be submitted at the Company’s registered office: ul. Żaglowa 11, Gdańsk. The final deadline for submission is October 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
5. Offers will be publicly opened on October 2, 2025, at 10:15 AM at the same location.
6. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tender if:
   a) a significant change in circumstances occurs, making the continuation of the procedure no longer in the Company’s interest, and such change could not have been foreseen earlier;
   b) the procedure is affected by a defect that prevents the conclusion of a valid contract.
7. The Company also reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender notice and the tender conditions. Such cancellation or amendment may occur at any time before the offer submission deadline, without providing reasons.
8. In the cases described in points 6 and 7 above, bidders shall not be entitled to any compensation claims against the Company.
9. The Company reserves the right to freely choose among equivalent offers, following additional negotiations with the bidders.
